Gerron L. McKnight
Gerron is a senior associate in the labor and employment department of Frost Brown Todd LLC. He counsels employers in various state and federal employment matters including harassment, wrongful termination, and discrimination. He also advises clients on a wide variety of labor matters.
Gerron earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky Gatton College of Business summa cum laude. He was a member of the University of Kentucky Honors Program and graduated “with Honors in Honors” after completing the Honors Program’s colloquia as well as an independent project.
He earned his Juris Doctor from the Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington where he was the Sara Lee Company Fellow in the inaugural class of Minority Corporate Counsel Association Lloyd M. Johnson Scholars and Fellows. He also served as a member of the Federal Communications Law Journal, the official journal of the Federal Communications Bar Association.
