Holly is a managing associate in the Lexington office of Frost Brown Todd LLC, where she practices in the area of corporate law. She assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, securities matters, debt and equity financings, contract formation and negotiation and general business issues.

Holly represents clients in connection with mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and financing transactions.  Recent transactions include:

Acquisitions and dispositions of coal properties and operations ranging from $2 million to $600 million

Sales of foreign securities in excess of $750 million

Acquisition of manufacturing and service company in excess of $5 million

Acquisition of international resort company

Acquisition and syndication of equine interests in excess of $8 million
