Jeffery is a member of Frost Brown Todd LLC, and his practice is concentrated in the banking and commercial law area. He counsels a wide range of financial institutions in all aspects of commercial lending, workouts and restructurings, consumer lending and regulatory issues. In the commercial lending area, Jeffery handles working capital facilities, construction loans, asset based loans, letter of credit backed bond financings, equipment leasing, asset securitizations and large multi-bank syndicated facilities involving borrowers located throughout the United States. He has significant experience in complex workouts and restructurings and has overseen the liquidation of numerous large loan portfolios.

In the consumer law area, clients are assisted in structuring consumer lending programs and compliance with consumer credit laws. Jeffery also advises financial institutions on compliance with federal and state laws and regulations regarding banks, savings and loans and credit unions. He has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America and Chambers USA, America's Leading Business Lawyers.
