Jeffrey F. Kersting
Jeffrey is a senior associate in the Cincinnati office of Frost Brown Todd LLC and practices in the intellectual property area. He helps clients with all aspects of patent prosecution, primarily in the areas of mechanical and medical devices. He has also helped clients with various copyright issues, including author agreements. Jeffrey has also participated in various aspects of IP related due diligence and has been involved with the preparation of various types of intellectual property related agreements, including nondisclosure and confidentiality agreements, licenses and purchase agreements. Jeffrey is admitted to practice in Ohio and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
