Jennifer L. Schuster
Jenny is a managing associate in Frost Brown Todd’s Product Liability Litigation and Tort and Insurance Defense practice group. Jenny has practiced before state and federal courts in a wide variety of litigation matters.
Jenny earned her B.S. in molecular biology with highest distinction and with honors in research and her B.A. in creative writing with highest distinction from Purdue University in 2004 and also earned a M.S. in genetics from Purdue in 2005. She earned her J.D. magna cum laude from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2008, where she was a Notes and Comments Editor for the Indiana Law Journal and an Executive Competition Coordinator on the Sherman Minton Moot Court Board.
While in law school, Jenny also served as a judicial intern with the Honorable David F. Hamilton in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
Jenny has significant experience in the defense of products liability litigation, including in federal multi-district litigation (MDL) proceedings.
