Jeremiah A. Byrne
Jeremiah is a trial lawyer in Frost Brown Todd LLC's litigation department. Jeremiah focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury defense, fire litigation, and insurance coverage. He has experience at all stages of litigation, including prelitigation dispute resolution, arbitration, pretrial discovery, trial, and appeal. Jeremiah has served as first-chair trial counsel in numerous civil jury trials and devotes a substantial amount of his time to defending insurers and self-insured entities.
Jeremiah is a personal injury defense lawyer who currently represents numerous national insurers, gas and electric utilities, product manufacturers, and other local, regional, and national companies. He represents clients in defense of claims ranging from residential fires to large-scale disasters. He also litigates complex business disputes, insurance coverage issues, indemnity claims, and bad faith actions.

Kentucky Utilities Company, Bell Circuit Court, Pineville, Kentucky - After aggressive incident investigation and extensive pre-trial discovery, obtained summary judgment in favor of a gas and electric utility in an electrical contact wrongful death case seeking more than $50M in damages
Chris Hart v. AMK Instrument Company, Inc., Jefferson Circuit Court, Louisville, Kentucky - Served as lead trial counsel and obtained a defense verdict on product liability claims in favor of the seller of a leveling instrument
