John C. Babione
John is a senior associate, concentrating his practice in complex, multiparty toxic exposure personal injury and wrongful death litigation. John defends manufacturers, premises owners, and contractors from a wide range of industries. He has defended claims involving a variety of chemicals/particulates such as asbestos, silica, and coal tar pitch volatiles.
In addition, John has experience handling environmental litigation and claims arising from contaminants such as polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), petroleum and mold. His experience also includes multi-district and class action litigation, including the lawsuits that arose from the prescription drugs Vioxx and Fen-Phen.
