W. Joseph Scholler
Joe spends a majority of his time as general counsel, litigation counsel and labor and employment counsel. Joe serves clients in both the private and public sectors, including municipalities, townships, and school districts. Joe represents clients of various sizes with annual budgets exceeding $270 million to less than $5 million.
Joe was selected to the 2012 Ohio Super Lawyers® list and was named to the Cincinnati Business Courier list of Forty under 40, which recognizes professional success and community involvement. Joe was recently elected to the executive committee of the Ohio Council of School Board Attorneys. He was also recently named to the inaugural Multiple Sclerosis Leadership class in the Cincinnati area. In 2004, Joe was named Volunteer Lawyer of the Year along with two colleagues from Frost Brown Todd. Joe currently serves as the Chairperson of the Miami University, Middletown Campus, Citizen advisory Council and was recently the Chairperson of LifeSpan, Inc., a charitable non-profit that annually serves the needs of over 10,000 Southwestern Ohio citizens.

The Council was formed to represent the community's expectations and needs to the campus, and provides the campus with a direct means of communication to the community
- LifeSpan, Chairman of the Board, LifeSpan is a private, nonprofit organization serving the residents of Butler, Warren and northern Hamilton counties. LifeSpan's mission is to provide support and self-help to people in difficult situations who are seeking to improve the quality of their lives. LifeSpan offers innovative, cost-effective programs for individuals, families, groups and schools serving people from birth to old age
- Butler County Volunteer Lawyer of the Year Award, Co-Winner of 2004, Mr. Scholler shared this honor with three other Frost Brown Todd Attorneys
- Ohio Legal Rights Service Commission. Columbus, Ohio, Commissioner, Appointed by President of Ohio Senate to serve as one of seven commissioners responsible for overseeing and directing the Ohio Legal Rights Service. That state agency is responsible for advocating for the rights of disabled Ohio citizens
