Julie E. Byrne
Julie is an associate in Frost Brown Todd's litigation department, and is a member of the firm’s government services and labor practice groups.
She advises clients regarding compliance with federal and state labor and employment laws and represents clients in a variety of labor and employment matters. Julie also advises clients on a wide range of public sector legal issues.
Julie counsels clients on the creation and updating of Affirmative Action Plans, OFCCP compliance issues, OFCCP desk audits and OFCCP investigations of complaints of discrimination.
Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, Julie served as a law clerk in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Ohio, interned at the White House in the Office of Presidential Personnel during the Bush Administration, interned at Deloitte in its International Taxation department, and worked at NCR Corporation within its Global Compensation department.
Julie is a 2009 graduate of The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where she held both law journal and moot court team memberships. Prior to earning her J.D., she graduated cum laude as a John W. Berry, Sr. Scholar from The University of Dayton with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting and Finance.
Julie is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio.
