Julie has served 25 years as a paralegal, 18 of those years have been with the firm. Prior to Frost Brown Todd, she was employed by a small firm where she worked in all areas of the law. Currently, Julie works in the firm's personal and succession planning practice group. She concentrates in estate and trust administration; preparation of various federal estate, Kentucky Estate, and Inheritance, Federal and Kentucky Fiduciary Income Tax returns for estates and trusts; and assisting with various responsibilities arising in the course of estate/trust administration. Responsibilities include preparation of petitions, inventories, settlements for estates, affidavits; as well as involvement in all aspects of transferring assets including but not limited to stocks, bonds, bank accounts, real estate, and royalty interests.
