Katherine Cook Morgan
Katherine is a member of Frost Brown Todd LLC and practices in the Firm’s labor and employment law department. She represents private and public employers on various employment law matters, including claims of wrongful discharge and discrimination as well as non-compete agreements, trade secrets, employment contracts and ERISA litigation.
Her practice includes offering advice and counsel to employers, advocating clients’ interests through alternative dispute resolution and litigating on their behalf in court. Katherine regularly represents employers before the Ohio Civil Rights Commission and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Ohio, along with the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
