Kimera is a senior associate in the Indianapolis office of Frost Brown Todd LLC. She graduated from the University of Notre Dame Law School in May 2005. Kimera is a member of the business/corporate department, and the intellectual property department of the firm.

As a member of the business/corporate department Kimera has represented clients in a variety of general corporate and day-to-day business matters, including commercial contract negotiation, review and drafting. Additionally, Kimera focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions. She has assisted in acquisition and joint venture deals involving various industries, including the food and beverage and steel manufacturing industries.

As a member of the intellectual property department, Kimera focuses on the licensing and protection of intellectual property including trademarks and copyrights. She regularly drafts trademark license agreements for the use of many well-known marks and has drafted agreements permitting the use of the name and likeness of well-known professionals.

Kimera also has experience providing lending and commercial services, and has assisted a variety of financial institutions with loan documentation and modifications.
