Kyle is a litigation associate in the Lexington office. He has a broad range of practice in breach of contract and contract enforcement; employment discrimination defense; defamation claims; insurance defense; and will, trust and probate litigation. He has demonstrated experience in the successful pursuit and defense of suits, including negotiation and settlement.
After graduating from Transylvania University, Kyle received his law degree from Wake Forest School of Law where he was Associate Chief Justice of Moot Court, a Notes & Comments Editor for the Wake Forest Law Review, and a member of Wake Forest's AAJ Trial Team. He began his practice with Frost Brown Todd LLC in the fall of 2008.
