Lindsey is a senior associate in the business department in the Cincinnati office.  She represents and advises clients in the area of bankruptcy and financial restructuring. 

She earned her undergraduate degree from Miami University, where she majored in accounting and minored in business legal studies.  She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.  While at University of Cincinnati, Lindsey was an associate member and the business manager of the University of Cincinnati Law Review. She also served as senior articles editor to the Human Rights Quarterly.
