Lloyd H. Milliken, Jr.
Lloyd concentrates his practice in products liability, business litigation and complex tort litigation. He has served as national counsel for AlliedSignal in safety restraint litigation. Lloyd was Indiana counsel for General Motors (GM) in the successful litigation against NBC arising out of the Dateline program that misrepresented the effect of high-speed crashes on GM pickup trucks. In addition to automotive product litigation, he has represented manufacturers of a wide variety of products including construction equipment, hand and power tools and medical devices.
