Mary Ann concentrates her practice in the area of real estate law with particular knowledge in matters of real estate title.  She has written title insurance and handled closings for scores of commercial transactions, including retail shopping centers, large apartment complexes, office parks and major downtown development projects.  She has reviewed and drafted local counsel opinions on loan documents for numerous multi-state mortgage transactions, and has acted as lender’s counsel in many local transactions.
