Maureen A. Bickley
Maureen is an associate in the litigation department of Frost Brown Todd LLC. She represents and advises clients in a wide range of litigation areas, with a focus on complex business litigation and product liability litigation. In the area of product liability, she has experience handling toxic tort matters, including cases involving diacetyl. She is currently serving as second chair in several large diacetyl cases.
Through her work with Firm clients, Maureen's experience also includes responding to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Requests, Defense Priorities and Allocations Systems (DPAS), gift and gratuities to both domestic and foreign officials, and the Lobbying Disclosure Act.
Maureen has taken numerous depositions; drafted motions for summary judgment; and handled trial preparation, motions to dismiss, and pleadings. She has also argued in front of the First District Court of Appeals.
While in law school, Maureen completed a Judicial Externship with the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, Chief Judge Sandra Beckwith, from August to December of 2008. In addition, she served as the Notes and Comments Editor of the Cincinnati Law Review and was a Corporate Law Fellow training under Professor Barbara Black.
