Maureen is a senior associate in the litigation department of Frost Brown Todd LLC. She represents and advises clients in a wide range of litigation areas, with a focus on product liability litigation and complex business litigation. In the area of product liability, she has experience handling fire and explosion and toxic tort matters.  Maureen serves on a team as national lead trial counsel for a major construction and agricultural equipment manufacturer.

Maureen also represents clients in the prosecution and defense of contract disputes, business torts, and unfair competition (including non-compete and trade secret) claims.

Through her work with Firm clients, Maureen's experience also includes responding to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Requests, Defense Priorities and Allocations Systems (DPAS), gift and gratuities to both domestic and foreign officials, and the Lobbying Disclosure Act.
