Maureen is a trial lawyer who concentrates her practice on national product liability litigation in diverse industry sectors, ranging from consumer products to construction and agricultural equipment manufacturers. Maureen serves on a team as national fire litigation counsel for a major construction and agricultural equipment manufacturer. In addition to product liability matters, Maureen also represents clients in personal injury and premises liability matters. Maureen's practice includes:

  • Actively participating in the defense of lawsuits at discovery, motion, trial and appellate phases
  • Developing and working with a national network of experienced local counsel trained in efficient, effective, and focused case handling procedures
  • Designing, evaluating, and auditing product literature, warnings, and instructions

Maureen has practiced in both state and federal courts across the country, including California, Kentucky, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New York, Ohio, South Dakota, and West Virginia. She recently tried a case to successful defense verdict in Sioux Falls, South Dakota federal court.
