Michelle has over 7 years of law firm experience. Prior to moving to Louisville, she was employed at an intellectual property boutique law firm in Irvine, CA. She joined Frost Brown Todd LLC in February 2002 as the docket administrator. Upon completion of her paralegal studies degree at the University of Louisville, Michelle was promoted to litigation paralegal. Since that time, her attention has been devoted to all aspects of litigation, including labor and employment, mass tort, insurance defense, personal injury and products liability. Michelle’s duties include, but are not limited to assisting attorneys with large document reviews and productions; preparing pleadings, correspondence and briefs; preparing for alternative dispute resolutions and trial; maintaining client relationships; working with various litigation databases; as well as requesting and summarizing a variety of records on a case specific basis.
