Michelle concentrates her practice in the areas of labor and employment, product and manufacturer liability, and business litigation. She has represented businesses in all aspects of litigation, including in mediation, trial, and appellate settings.  In addition to litigation, Michelle counsels clients on best practices to avoid litigation, including the preparation and review of employee handbooks and contracts.
