Patricia is a member of Frost Brown Todd LLC and is the immediate past chair of the Firm’s personal planning and family business department. Patricia is a member of the American College of Trusts and Estates Counsel and is certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as an Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law specialist. She concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, probate and trust litigation and individual taxation.

Patricia counsels clients in all areas of wealth transfer planning, including federal gift and estate tax planning, charitable planning, planning for retirement benefit distributions, generation-skipping design and analysis and business succession planning. She is a frequent lecturer on estate planning and trust and estate administration issues to professional and local civic groups as well as the Ohio State Bar and Cincinnati Bar Association’s Continuing Legal Education programs.
