Rex E. Bennett
Rex is a member of Frost Brown Todd, practicing in the lending and commercial services, and real estate service areas. His work with residential and commercial developers runs the gamut of transactions including leasing, acquisition, financing and disposition. With over 25 years of practice, he says he enjoys helping clients "from dirt to disposition." Rex completed hundreds of millions of dollars in transactions, and is also a highly engaged and visible community leader.

Represented lender in financing acquisition of airport operations in multiple states
Represented lender in financing of multiple specialized healthcare facilities of approximately $20 million each
Represented lenders in workouts of numerous real estate loans, including forbearance agreements, restructure of credit facilities, guaranties and collateral package
Represented lender in workout of loan secured by undeveloped real estate, including supervising local counsel, engineers and other professionals in replatting and rezoning of parcel to preserve value of residual ground after sale of prime parcel
Represented client/purchaser in land acquisition and financing for multiple real estate developments in Johnson County, Indiana having an aggregate value in excess of $50 million
Represented owner in sale of $55 million commercial real estate portfolio
Represented real estate development company in assembly and sale of acreage to major regional healthcare provider
