Rick is a member of Frost Brown Todd LLC and practices in the real estate and commercial transactions area.  He represents clients in a wide array of real estate acquisition, development and finance transactions.  He represents healthcare providers in a variety of healthcare financing and development matters including borrowers in tax-exempt bond transactions.  Rick is experienced in the financing, development, construction and leasing of real estate projects such as hospitals, medical office buildings and other healthcare facilities, retail centers, residential developments and downtown office towers.  His practice also includes the representations of lenders and borrowers in construction and development financing transactions, including the workout and restructuring of development projects and loan arrangements.  He is a member of the Board of Managers of the firm's title agency, Multi-State Title Agency, Ltd.
