Robert has over 30 years of litigation experience in state and federal courts and administrative agencies. In addition to representing clients in litigation and appeals involving contracts and commercial disputes, utility law, employment disputes, corporate governance, securities brokerage, real estate, and probate, Robert also advises privately held businesses in their organizational, contracting and governance matters, as well as business disposition and acquisition transactions.
