Sarah is a managing associate in the Nashville office of Frost Brown Todd LLC. She represents public and private companies in a wide array of corporate and commercial transactions, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, and franchising.

Transaction counsel in connection with the Delaware bankruptcy filing of Specialty Packaging Holdings, Inc., a national cosmetics manufacturer.

Finance counsel in connection with the refinancing of distressed consumer products company.

Transaction counsel in connection with the purchase of a multi-state synthetic lease facility.

Transaction counsel in connection with multiple acquisitions of franchised businesses in the food service and hospitality industry.  

Assistant Secretary to the Board of Directors of a real estate investment trust.
