Shannah J. Morris
Shannah is a senior associate at Frost Brown Todd. Shannah is a litigator and member of the construction law group. She also practices commercial and insurance defense litigation. She has taken and defended numerous depositions, is experienced in drafting a variety of motions and briefs at both the trial and appellate court levels, has trial, arbitration, and mediation experience, and has argued successfully before the 12th District Court of Appeals.
Since joining FBT, Shannah has successfully represented contractors, suppliers and construction managers in litigation, arbitration and mediation. She has also conducted numerous in-house trainings for clients on risk management and bidding issues, contract disputes, mechanics liens, surety bond matters, and payment disputes.
