Stephen P. Kocon
Stephen is a senior associate in Frost Brown Todd’s Pittsburgh office where he practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and energy and natural resources.
Prior to joining the firm, Stephen was a senior associate with a Pittsburgh law firm specializing in oil and gas matters, where he represented oil and gas exploration and production companies in a variety of transactional, operational, regulatory and title matters.
Stephen earned his B.B.A, cum laude, from Ohio University in 2006, and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Akron School of Law in 2009. During law school, he worked as a legal drafting teaching assistant and clerked at the Kent Municipal Court.
