- sex discrimination and sexual harassment claims

- wage and hourly claims
- claims alleging breach of contract
Successfully obtaining injunctive and other judicial relief for employers involved in striker misconduct situations (including contempt proceedings) and actions to compel arbitration and enforce arbitration awards
