Tom, counsel to Frost Brown Todd, practices in the area of business litigation, working with clients in the areas of anti-trust and securities law. Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, Tom was a partner in the litigation department of the California-based law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, specializing in securities law, professional malpractice and insurance bad-faith claims. During his tenure as chief litigation counsel for the City of Indianapolis, he led several high profile cases.  He represented the State of Indiana in its successful attempt to free Conner Prairie from Earlham College.
