Vicki R. Robinson
Vicki has sixteen years of experience as a paralegal, primarily in the area of litigation with an emphasis on document management. Vicki is currently expanding her legal expertise by assisting the Business/Corporate Practice Group with public utility services matters, as well as various aspects of commercial transactions, including recovery efforts in loss mitigation and post judgment collections.
Vicki has been with Frost Brown Todd for nine years. During that time, Vicki has been involved extensively with the organization and tracking of documents, including multi-billion dollar cases with intensive document productions. Vicki has had a great deal of involvement with preparing for trial with coordination and preparation of witnesses for testimony, assistance with jury analysis and selection, and preparation of trial exhibits. Additionally, Vicki is trained in Sanction II computer software for use at trial.
Vicki has been involved with products liability cases, class action lawsuits, a broad range of insurance defense litigation, and plaintiff-based cases. She has a multitude of experience working a case from the initial filing of the lawsuit through the conclusion of the case.
During her initial five years as a Litigation Paralegal, Vicki was with Landrum & Shouse Law Offices, where she gained extensive trial experience working on a multitude of insurance defense cases, including automobile accidents, fire loss, and employment harassment and discrimination cases. Vicki gained additional experience at Dinsmore & Shohl, where she worked primarily in products liability litigation.
She also has experience with foreign service of process and requirements of the Hague Convention for those countries who are parties to the Convention as well as countries who are not parties to the Convention and what their countries require for service of foreign documents.
