Randall R. Riggs Elected to Frost Brown Todd's Executive Committee
Randall R. Riggs has been elected to serve on the Executive Committee of Frost Brown Todd. Mr. Riggs assumed his role on January 20th, 2009.
The Firm's Executive Committee acts as a "Board of Directors" to the Firm and establishes the administrative Practice Groups and standing Firm committees. In addition, the Executive Committee oversees the Chairman and Managing Member to whom the Executive Committee delegates the day-to-day governance of the Firm.

Mr. Riggs practices in the area of product liability litigation, devoting his practice to the defense of vehicle/equipment manufacturers and distributors headquartered in the United States and internationally. Mr. Riggs has acted as lead trial counsel in state and federal courts in 15 different states, served as product liability national coordinating counsel for two international manufacturers and served as Defense Liaison for all defendants in the Ford-Firestone Mass Defense and Liability litigation that was based in Indianapolis.
On January 5, 2009, Locke Reynolds merged with Frost Brown Todd, creating a regional law firm with 11 offices in five states and more than 460 attorneys. The election of Riggs provides representation of the Firm’s Indiana offices in the governance of the Firm. Formerly, Mr. Riggs served as Chair of the Locke Reynolds' Product Liability Group and was a member of the Firm's Management Committee.
