In August 2011, Frost Brown Todd presented a class action webinar summarizing the recent Supreme Court cases Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. v. Dukes; AT&T Mobility LLC v. Concepcion; and Smith v. Bayer Corporation.  When describing the effect of those decisions on companies, the presenting attorneys told participants that determining the impact would largely depend on how lower courts interpreted and applied the Court's decisions.  The same presenters, Deborah S. Adams, Matthew C. Blickensderfer, Eugene J. Droder III, and Stephen E. Embry , will revisit this issue in light of new developments in the lower courts.  You will learn how courts have applied the three Supreme Court decisions and grappled with the issues discussed within them, and what could be the practical impact of the Court's decisions in light of the fallout in the lower courts.
