This presentation will explore and explain five of the most common pitfalls, including: how to track time; policies and practices for regulating overtime; how to calculate the regular rate, commissions, and bonuses; what to do about travel time; and how to manage working from home.

Tessa is an associate in the Labor and Employment practice group in our Cincinnati office. She represents employers in all aspects of employment law including employment litigation, traditional labor work, and administrative hearings. She has experience working on litigation matters involving claims of employment discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour violations. Tessa also advises clients on employment related issues, such as contract disputes, disciplinary matters, terminations, and other personnel policies and concerns.
