Presenter(s)

The workshop is highly interactive in nature and therefore is limited to 40 participants. Each workshop participant will receive free indefinite access to the most comprehensive union activity Database available online. This exclusive database includes all union petitions filed, elections held, existing contracts and work stoppages for every union in the United States.  This information on just one union would normally cost several thousands of dollars per report.  In addition, complete course books, materials and meals will be provided to each participant. Any member of your company involved with labor relations, human resources, and/or union-free strategy planning and implementation should attend this workshop.

For the first time, unions nationwide are winning a majority of secret ballot elections.  The AFL-CIO has significantly changed their organizing techniques through neutrality agreements and card check, resulting in almost 500,000 new dues paying members without ever having an election.  The AFL-CIO and unions such as the Teamsters, SEIU, UFCW, USWA, and AFSCME have spent almost $200 million dollars on political campaigns sympathetic to the labor movement, who have committed to radically change labor law in favor of the unions.

Unions claim that about 42 million USworkers (40% of the workforce) say they would join a union if a vote were held at their worksite. But once employers counterattack to keep a union out, studies show, many workers change their minds.  Organized labor believes that their long term decline stems, not so much from workers lack of interest in unions, but rather from fierce opposition by management. In order to bypass traditional management opposition strategies, unions are undergoing revolutionary internal changes.  As a result, companies must react properly to implement new techniques that safeguard themselves against organized labor’s new tactics.

The registration fee is $695.00.  A $100 discount is given to all current clients.  Payment methods include check or major credit card.  Please contact Stuart Keene at 281-893-5656, or Ray Neusch at 513-651-6704 if you have any questions.  For a prompt response, please direct all immediate email inquiries to frostbrown@educateemployees.com.
