Kentucky Statutes Saddles Owners with the Heavy Burden of Proving Negligence
It is a situation every horse owner dreads: you get a call informing you that there has been an accident at the boarding farm and your horse has died or has been seriously injured. Worse yet, you do not have mortality or insurance to cover veterinary expenses. At least you can count on the owner of the boarding operation or its insurer to take responsibility for your loss, right?
