Mr. Lemasters is a Member of Frost Brown Todd LLC and practices in the Commercial Loan and Real Estate area. He represents clients in a wide array of commercial real estate and title matters with particular emphasis on lender and developer representation. He has represented many lending institutions and real estate developers in loan documentation, closings, developer acquisition of property, development plans, conventional and structured lending transactions, and other related real estate matters.
Mr. Lemasters is also Executive Manager of the law firm's title agency, Multi-State Title Agency, Ltd. He is a licensed attorney in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana and operates Multi-State in all three states as well as Tennessee and Florida. Multi-State is an agent for several title insurance underwriters in the tri-state region including Chicago Title, First American, Commonwealth, Lawyers Title, Stewart Title, Guaranty Title, and Old Republic.
