Mr. Oberschmidt is a Member of Frost Brown Todd LLC and practices in the real estate and commercial transactions area. He represents clients in a wide array of real estate acquisition, development and finance. He also represents borrowers in a variety of healthcare financing matters including tax-exempt bond transactions, lines of credit and medical office building financings. Mr. Oberschmidt is experienced in the financing and development of projects including large residential developments, medical office buildings, retail centers and downtown office towers. His practice also includes the representations of lenders in construction and development financing transactions. He also represents lenders and borrowers in the workout and restructuring of development projects and loan arrangements. He is a member of the Board of Managers of the firm's title agency, Multi-State Title Agency, Ltd.
