Mr. Oberschmidt is a Member of Frost Brown Todd LLC and practices in the real estate and commercial transactions area. He represents clients in a wide array of real estate acquisition, development and finance. Mr. Oberschmidt is experienced in the financing and development of projects including large residential developments, medical office buildings and downtown office towers. His practice also includes the representations of banks, mortgage companies and savings and loan associations. He is a Manager of the firm's title agency, Multi-State Title Agency, Ltd.
