Robert V. Sartin is a Member in the Lexington office of Frost Brown Todd LLC. Prior to joining the Firm, he was a Member with Sawyer & Glancy PLLC. 

Mr. Sartin concentrates his practice in commercial transactions, bankruptcy and restructuring law, mergers and acquisitions and tax law. His experience includes the representation of companies in connection with a wide variety of business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, strategic alliances, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and debt transactions. Additionally, Mr. Sartin represents debtors in possession, creditors committees, and institutional creditors, in various capacities in a wide variety of bankruptcy cases.
