Mr. Wilson is a Member of Frost Brown Todd LLC and practices primarily in the area of real estate. He focuses his practice on the representation of owners and developers of commercial real estate, with a particular emphasis on matters related to shopping centers and other retail properties. Mr. Wilson also has considerable experience representing nationally-recognized homebuilders in the acquisition and development of land for residential uses. In addition, Mr. Wilson assists in the representation of clients in complex real estate related litigation, both during the course of any lawsuit and the negotiation and completion of any settlement.
