Stacy Christman Blomeke is a Senior Associate at Frost Brown Todd LLC in the Firm’s Personal Planning and Family Business Department and is certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. Ms. Blomeke’s practice is concentrated in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, guardianship implementation and management, special needs and medicaid issues, family business succession planning and charitable giving. Ms. Blomeke is a member of the firm’s Probate and Trust Litigation Subgroup and handles litigation involving delicate family issues arising from trusts and estates, guardianships, and various estate planning documents. Ms. Blomeke’s legal practice also focuses on individual, trust, estate and gift tax issues. Ms. Blomeke is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Kentucky.
