His practice includes: environmental litigation (defense of governmental enforcement actions, citizens suit defense; Superfund and toxic tort claim defense); environmental due diligence and negotiations associated with corporate acquisitions and divestitures; and compliance counseling (confidential health and safety auditing and research regarding compliance with environmental, health and safety laws and regulations).
