Our Lawyers
The China Desk consists of attorneys from different practice areas, including corporate, litigation, immigration and commercial law. The Desk is headed by Joseph Dehner and Pei Zhang. Joe concentrates his practice on multinational business and securities disputes, and has chaired the firm's international services group for over ten years. Pei is native Chinese, received her law degrees from both China and the U.S., and is a corporate attorney licensed to practice in Kentucky. Joe and Pei are frequent speakers at local, regional and national U.S. - China trade and business events. Pei and other members of the China Desk are frequent speakers at local, regional and national U.S. – China trade and business events. Prior to joining FBT, Pei practiced in another Kentucky law firm and the Supreme Court of Kentucky.
