Mr. Allen is a Member of Frost Brown Todd LLC and practices in the Litigation and Labor and Employment areas. He represents clients in a wide array of matters, with emphasis on litigation and products liability, employment and labor matters, school law issues, municipal law issues and alternative dispute resolution. He has defended class action lawsuits and has litigated several cases before the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the Courts of Appeal in Ohio.
