Tony Coleman has practiced labor and employment law, representing management exclusively, since becoming a lawyer in 1983. His practice includes handling all types of labor issues under both the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) and Railway Labor Act (RLA). He has handled organizing campaigns, unfair labor practice charges, litigation and administrative proceedings under the statutory frame of both the NLRA and RLA.
