Frost Brown Todd has named Trigg Salsbery as Member-In-Charge of West Virginia. Mr. Salsbery succeeds James McQueen in the role as Mr. McQueen has decided to step down from the management position to focus on his practice.
Mr. Salsbery is a partner at Frost Brown Todd working in the firm’s Litigation Department. He limits his practice to trials and appeals in all courts and has tried cases in criminal matters involving RICO, CCE, murder, embezzlement, various conspiracies and other matters as a federal prosecutor and then as a defense lawyer.
On the civil side, Mr. Salsbery has tried a wide-range of cases including, but not limited to, products liability, medical malpractice and commercial litigation. His commercial experience also includes construction litigation involving performance and payment bonds. He currently serves as national trial counsel for manufacturing defendants in mass torts involving welding rods and isocyanate exposure.
