Mr. Williams is a Member of Frost Brown Todd LLC where he practices in the labor and employment law area on behalf of employers. Tom was one of the co-founding partners of the Columbus office of Frost Brown Todd when it opened in 1988 as Frost & Jacobs and is the head of the labor and employment law practice group in Columbus for Frost Brown Todd.
Tom's practice is concentrated on the representation of employers in a wide variety of labor and employment matters, including employment discrimination and wrongful discharge matters, collective bargaining agreement negotiations and arbitrations, FMLA compliance and affirmative action compliance as well as general advice for employers who endeavor to comply with the wide variety of labor and employment statutes and regulations encountered in the current work place environment.
