Three years of previous legal experience is required.  The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, and very strong technical skills.

The position requires an experienced legal secretary with exceptional administrative, communication and organizational skills. This individual must also have the ability to handle multiple tasks and become an integral part of client services. For the IP Legal Secretary position, patent experience is preferred but we will train the individual with the determination and interest to learn and be successful in this challenging yet rewarding area of law. The position requires the ability to work well individually or in a team environment. Legal Support Assistant

Frost Brown Todd LLC, a regional law firm of 1000+ legal professionals and staff in thirteen markets located throughout the mid-west, Dallas, TX and Pittsburgh, PA is currently searching for a Legal Support Assistant to join our Cincinnati office. The Legal Support Assistant position will assist our legal secretaries and other department support staff members in the Intellectual Property workgroup with administrative duties. This position reports to the Office Manager, but will take direction and receive assignments directly from legal secretaries, other department support staff members as well as in some cases from attorneys and paralegals in addition to the Office Manager.

A minimum of five years of previous legal experience is preferred.

The position requires an experienced legal secretary with exceptional skills, including excellent administrative, communication and organizational skills. The candidate should have previous experience with assisting attorneys with trial preparation, document management and organization of trial binders. The candidate must have experience with electronic filing in state and federal courts. The team player we seek must possess exceptional MS Word (65 wpm) and intermediate level MS Excel skills, as well as exceptional grammar, spelling, proofreading and attention to detail skills. This individual must also have the ability to handle multiple tasks and become an integral part of client service.
