Frost Brown Todd, a regional law firm of 950+ legal professionals and staff in twelve offices located in the mid-west, Dallas, TX and Pittsburgh, PA, is currently searching for a Human Resources Specialist – Diversity and Inclusion.  This position will be in their Cincinnati Office.  This role will provide analytical and administrative support to the Director of Diversity & Inclusion by focusing on statistical reporting and critical analysis for both internal and external needs.  This individual will work closely with the Director of Diversity & Inclusion to assist in the delivery of services according to departmental and organizational goals and objectives. For the HR Department, this individual will primarily prepare and analyze compensation data, create reports, and conduct system audits under the direction of the Human Resources Assistant Director.  In addition, this role will provide support to the HR Department for firm-wide HR needs.

IP Legal Secretary
