IT Technician

Job Description

Frost Brown Todd LLC, a prestigious law firm of 950+ legal professionals and staff in twelve offices located throughout the mid-west, Dallas, TX and Pittsburgh, PA is currently searching for a Computer Operator for its Cincinnati, Ohio Office. This position will report to the Network Operations Manager. The IT Technician is a member of the Network Team and has responsibility to monitor the capabilities of all systems and networks within our organization to ensure smooth hardware operation. The individual will work closely with the team to track malfunctions and perform back-ups, run virus scans, and ensure the security of company information and operating systems.

We are looking for someone with 2 to 3 years’ experience monitoring systems and networks using SolarWinds or similar monitoring tools. This is a junior level role with the opportunity to advance within the Network\System Operations team.

Job Description

Frost Brown Todd LLC, a regional law firm of 950+ legal professionals and staff in twelve offices located throughout the mid-west, Dallas, Texas, and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania is currently searching for a Resource Legal Secretary to join its Columbus office. This position will provide secretarial assistance to attorneys in all practice groups through “floating assignments". The position is not assigned to any single practice group. Assignments may be short-term for just a day or months providing assistance when an attorney’s secretary is out of the office. The position will also provide assistance during the day as needed in crunch situations, special projects, etc. A minimum of five years of previous legal experience in both corporate and litigation law is preferred. This position will work Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

The position requires an experienced legal secretary with exceptional skills, including excellent administrative, communication and organizational skills. The team player we seek must possess exceptional MS Word (65 wpm), grammar, spelling, proofreading and attention to detail skills. This individual must also have the ability to handle multiple tasks and become an integral part of client service. The position requires the ability to work well individually or in a team environment and someone who considers themselves a problem solver. Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude is of vital importance to our environment and specifically in this support role. Professionalism, maturity and flexibility are a must.
