The latest class of C-Change, a year-long leadership development program run by an arm of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, convenes Wednesday with 55 participants. An opening reception for C-Change Class 11 is Wednesday from 4 p.m. to p.m. at the chamber’s 3 E. Fourth St. learning center.

Since 2006, C-Change has connected nearly 550 young leaders to each other and the community. “As the Chamber focuses more intently on expanding the region’s talent base, programs like C-Change are of critical importance to retaining that talent,” said Jill Meyer, president and CEO of the chamber in a news release. “C-Change develops leadership skills and prepares participants for future leadership in our region’s businesses and in this community.”
