Frost Brown Todd LLC has appointed Jennifer Barber and Joshua O'Bryan as new partners at its Louisville office, effective Jan. 1.

Frost Brown Todd also appointed two new partners in its Cincinnati office: Neal Shah and Patrick Woodside.

Barber is a member of the firm's Tax Law Practice Goup, with a focus on state and local tax, tax controversy and litigation, in addition to economic development and incentives, according to a news release.
