David A. Rogers and Emmett M. Kelly Join Columbus Office of Frost Brown Todd

Frost Brown Todd LLC (FBT) is pleased to announce the expansion of its public finance practice. David A. Rogers and Emmett M. Kelly have joined the firm as members in the Columbus, Ohio office. The addition supports the firm's strategic plan, enhancing the business services offered by the Columbus office location, while strengthening the public finance practice throughout the firm's five-state footprint.

Focusing specifically in the areas of bond, public, economic development, tax increment, special assessment, and structured financings, Rogers and Kelly will continue to serve political subdivisions, communities, underwriters, developers, bankers and purchasers in public finance matters.  They will focus their work in two of Frost Brown Todd's practice groups, Lending & Commercial Services and Government Services.
